They start off with a round of Kona Big Wave and dig into perfectly baked oysters Rockefeller before exploring Shucks’ extensive menu, which ranges from seafood buckets and pasta to Hawaiian-inspired dishes. Amy tries the flavorful Chicken Katsu plate with a standout macaroni salad and rice, while Paul tackles the Big Mother Shucker, a monstrous one-pound burger stuffed with bacon and cheese, topped with crispy onions and Shucker sauce.
To wrap up the night, they indulge in an over-the-top fried cheesecake served with ice cream and whipped cream, capping off what they call an “unexpected date night.” Exceptional service, budget-friendly pricing, and a cozy atmosphere make this one of their favorite spots in Vegas so far — and they’re already planning their return visit!
