Las Vegas might be known for its glamorous buffets and celebrity chef restaurants, but some of its best food is hidden at local food trucks. In this video, Lydia from LydiaInVegas takes you on a delicious tour of four standout food trucks, starting near the Strip and venturing all the way out to Henderson and Centennial Hills. First stop: Hibachi Done Right, where she tries their famous steak and shrimp plate and the incredible hibachi bombs dusted with hot Cheetos.
Next, Lydia heads to Signora Pizza, a mobile pizzeria run by an award-winning chef serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza from a wood-fired oven. Along with a classic margherita pizza, she samples a unique dessert — fried dough strips loaded with Nutella and pistachio. Each bite reflects the quality of imported Italian ingredients and homemade care.
Finally, the adventure turns to Raider Claw, a food truck specializing in rich, buttery surf and turf plates with deep-fried lobster tail, spicy corn, and crab legs.
