On this episode of LydiaInVegas, Lydia takes viewers beyond the typical Las Vegas happy hours and into the world of extravagant, once-in-a-lifetime food and drink experiences. From gold-dusted bacon to dry ice martinis, she showcases the most outrageous ways to splurge in Sin City.
The journey begins at Slater’s 50/50 with the secret-menu Whale Burger, a $135 masterpiece stacked with Wagyu beef, tempura lobster tail, truffle cheese, and champagne on the side. Next up is the Candy Martini Bar at I Love Sugar, where $45 martinis arrive smoking with dry ice and topped with an entire pound of gummy bears.
Lydia continues the adventure with the Fleetwood McDaddy baked potato at Rockin’ Potato, topped with lobster tail, mac and cheese, and sparklers for good measure. To finish, she heads to Poppy Steak inside the Fontainebleau, where $150–$200 cocktails are served with diamond-studded cameras, designer bags, and caviar.
