Travel channel 2 Passports 1 Dream takes viewers inside the Excalibur Hotel, the cheapest option they found on the Las Vegas Strip for just $60 a night. With its medieval theme, castle-like entrance, and even a live jousting show, Excalibur promises a quirky and budget-friendly Vegas experience.
During their two-night stay, they explored the renovated Royal Tower rooms, tested out the casino, checked out the affordable food court, and even doubled their money at the slots. While the décor felt retro and the view left much to be desired, the location and entertainment options made it a surprisingly solid budget choice.
From jousting shows to Krispy Kreme donuts, Excalibur delivers a mix of kitsch and convenience. Though the air conditioning was uncomfortably cold and the hotel showed its age, 2 Passports 1 Dream concluded it was a fun, affordable way to experience Vegas without breaking the bank.
