Authentic Vietnamese Eats at Treasure Island – Vegas with Shin Review

In this episode of Vegas with Shin, Shin explores F Vietnamese Cuisine located inside Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip. With a goal of vlogging every restaurant in the area, this marks his 194th stop. The restaurant, open Friday through Tuesday, offers a spacious, ocean-blue-themed interior nestled right on the casino floor, boasting an extensive menu that blends Vietnamese staples with Japanese and pan-Asian influences.

Shin begins his culinary journey with the appetizer sampler platter, sampling items like gyoza, egg rolls, har gow, shumai, spicy garlic edamame, and Vietnamese spring rolls (gỏi cuốn). While some of the dim sum offerings were average, the fresh spring rolls and edamame stood out for their flavor and authenticity. He highlights the careful preparation, seasoning, and presentation of each dish, offering honest critiques about texture and execution.

The main event features traditional Vietnamese pho, which Shin praises for its rich broth, tender beef, and balance of spices. A vegetarian noodle dish also earns high marks for its thoughtful use of tofu, mushrooms, and crunchy vegetables. Shin concludes that while the dim sum may not shine, the pho and spring rolls justify the bold “most authentic pho in Las Vegas” claim. A solid choice for Vietnamese food lovers visiting the Strip.
